First met them at a university career fair and got an interview. First interview was mostly behavioral questions with HR. Second interview was on-site with more technical questions. Neither was very difficult or had unexpected questions. Very laid back and casual atmosphere. NOTE: This was for the IT headquarters in Phoenix, not the Rockville location. I've heard that they are more formal.

Don't remember a specific question. But it was probably somewhere along the lines of describing my SQL experience and them asking questions off of that.

The questions were very behavioral, because it was for an intern position. It was good that they did this because having it be my first internship I had no real technical experience outside of group projects in school.

The interview was very relaxed and it place on campus. The manager just asked about resume and personal experiences. We mostly chatted about our common school experiences and about how his child will be attending our school in the near future.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult team member.
On campus and in phone. It was different because I have the second interview by phone. I thought it would be the other way around. I guess there was scheduling issues and wanted to fit me in. The questions were mostly like tell me about yourself, what project have you done? have you worked in a group?, etc. And of course explain these with an example
