Once I submitted an application, I was contacted by the recruiter within 1 business day. She politely asked to schedule an over the phone interview. She was prompt in letting me know whether or not they were interested in an (in-person) office interview. I was invited to come in for an interview, where I spent time with both the Sales Manager and VP of Sales. My process ended shortly. I would describe the interview process as professional, informative, and enjoyable (They do their part to bring out your best answers, rather than sit, stare and wait for you to sell yourself).
