Ok, so there are 3 parts to this interview. 1st interview: This was a 30 minuet conversation with one of the recruiters going over my resume with a few brief questions about why I wanted to work for the company 2nd Interview: another 30 minuet call but with the manager with more in-depth questions about my background and how my experience relates to the job. they also outline a lot more detail about the job and the kind of responsibilities I will have 3rd Interview: This is the most challenging but fun part of the process. This is around 2 hours long and packed with very situational questions so be ready for that! It started out with a role play with myself playing the SDR and the interview being the customer. Make sure you do your research prior to this and learn as much about the company as you can. the next parts of the interview is sitting down with various people from different departments. They really focus on situational questions to see how you have handle things in the work place day to day. Honestly it sounds very overwhelming but the people who work here are incredible and extremely passionate about what they do, they are not looking to interrogate you. They are truly trying to get to know who you are and what you can do.
