      Colloquio

      The interview is a three-step process. 1. 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. 2. 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. 3. Three hour in-person interview with 6 different team members, two team members at a time. The first two steps follow a typical interview format and they ask the typical interview questions. The third step is fun and challenging. They give you some homework prior to the interview and ask that you be ready for a role-playing exercise. The interviewers immediately offer constructive feedback, which is refreshing! Throughout the interview, they ask you to give examples of things you have experienced that relate to the questions they ask. They are very adamant that you give scenarios, how you handled them, and how you overcame. I highly recommend taking a lot of time to think about specific situations in your work life and be able to speak to how those situations made you better or will make you a good team member.

      Tell me about a time you presented an idea that wasn't well received by everyone and you overcame objections and pushed your idea through. What did you do to overcome objections and persuade people to adopt your idea? They also ask the reverse of this (and do the same with a few other questions). Tell me about a time you presented an idea and you had to let it go. You were not able to push it through and how did you accept that it wasn't going to be implemented?
