Had some great interviews, really enjoyed meeting with the recruiter and the team. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after a few rounds of interviews. I tried to reach out to both the recruiter and hiring manager for an update a few times and never heard back. I do believe that all candidates who have progressed through a few rounds of interviews deserve a response. It really impacted my experience as a candidate, which is disappointing as I loved meeting the team.

This is the best interview experience I have ever had in my life. I have been interviewed by Apple, Gartner, ATT, T-Mobile, Comcast, Pfizer, Citrix, and Tesla. So I know a thing or two about interviews and companies. I submitted the application online and received a call from the recruiter. They screened me. There was then a phone interview was set up with my manager. I was then advanced. This happened VERY fast. They scheduled a panel for me which included EVERYONE I had to meet a few days later. The next day they called me and told me I had the offer, and the written offer came a few days later. This is the way interviews should be conducted. It was organized, professional, and had great feedback along the journey.
