Well structured written and oral. the written took an hour with scenario questions and proposal development. the oral also took an hour plus where panel of 3 interviewed me. the interview was built around competences in relation to experience.

Written application consisting of 3 STAR Questions. . Build partnerships: Tell us about a time when you were proactive in taking on new and additional work to achieve a team or organisational goal . Steward Resources: Tell us about a time when you had to estimate the resources you needed to achieve your own work objectives and then delivered them in an efficient and cost-effective way
Technical test followed by interview with three staff members (including supervisor) with competency questions (STAR method) - situational, behavioural questions regarding job requirements, in addition to follow-up questions to competency questions already answered in online application, CV, etc
