Make some questions about your past jobs, experiences, what kind of experience are you looking for, why dior?, etc... It takes 10 days to receive an answer.

Took about a month! Was easy after recruiting and the manager. Took about a month to get an offer from the first conversation. Good communication throughout the process and I felt like they updated me as much as they could.
