I had to answer 4 questions that are the same as those described below, and then I had 5 minutes to write an analysis of a painting (mine was a Picasso). I only managed to write one paragraph.

After applying, I was asked to do a non-verbal reasoning test and then passed to the next round and was asked to do a Hire Vue interview and then invited to go do the assessment centre in person in New York
