Online application involves answering a few questions (how does Christie's make money, what do you think of NFTs, etc) instead of a cover letter, and obviously CV, then once through, an online interview in March (questions below)

6 STARR questions: Tell us about yourself Tell us about a time you started work or school assignment that was then changed in such a way that you had to adjust your approach Tell us about a time you had to solve a problem at school or at work, but you were given confusing information. Please give an example of a time you built a positive relationship with someone to achieve a better result or to solve a problem Please tell us about a time you had to learn a new skill and describe the steps you took to make sure you were successful. What was the outcome? Tell us about a situation where you had to deliver an important presentation, research project, or difficult task with very little time to prepare. Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.

You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
