Since the job is remote if you apply for anywhere other their headquarters city in San Diego, I had one interview over the phone and one through Zoom video. The one over the phone was with a manager from the LA office and the second was from a partner. Both went smoothly. They were more conversations about what the job entails. They were very helpful with any questions I had.

A supervisor and the controller did the interview. They asked basic interview questions that you can find online and there was a basic accounting test after. You might want to brush up on your Accounting 101. They mentioned there could be a lot of travel.
