Unorganized. You hear from multiple recruiters and they disappear for weeks, only to send e-mails last minute when it seems like they could not get the candidate they wanted. They will waste your time -prefer hiring internal less experienced candidates because they are cheaper. Most managers are from an HR or Retail background. Underwriting knowledge is zero.
