Just ok. Some great people in the company, but like many organizations, IT management has never held any true management or leadership positions. If you need a job would recommend.

The process started through LinkedIn and consisted of three interviews: one with the recruiter and two with the team.
The first interview focused on understanding my background and the tools I have used. The second and third interviews were centered on problem solving approaches and how I apply different tools in practical scenarios.
