Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice… Recruiter reached out had a phone interview - went great scheduled second round on the call. Had second round, call from recruiter later that day to schedule next round. Had the third round, things went well - the hiring manager on the call said she’d like to schedule the next round but that’s the recruiters job and they will reach out and was very enthusiastic about my background and moving forward. Few days later didn’t hear from them, reached out and they emailed back “the initial interest was high” and they have a few more candidates and will get back to me in the following weeks. I haven’t heard from them, nor will I ever. Second time this happened… waste of my time.
