Fairly easy, first with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Ghosted after the second interview and never heard back despite talking next steps. Drawn out process. Overall not terrible, but could be improved with communication

Smooth interview process, behavioral questions, people were very nice and easy to talk to during the interview. First was a phone interview with HR and then an interview with the team, asked about my experience, strengths, weaknesses, and volunteer experience
