I applied online for any position and the next week I got a call about an interview for the same day but unfortunately I couldn't come in that day so I was scheduled for an interview the following week on Monday @ 6:30. The interview was easy. It was more of an conversation than an interview. Since I applied online, I had to do a paper application. When I was done, the interviewer just asked me two questions and we just had a very casual conversation. After the "interview", he told me that I need to come in for another interview with another manager on Friday @5:00. I came in Friday and the interview once again was easy. She only asked me about myself and told me I shouldn't be nervous. After like literally 2 minutes, She told me i got the job and to come in Monday and Tuesday for orientation as a party host. In general, the process was easy and both of the interviewers were beyond friendly.

Pretty easy interview, just answer some basic questions and be honest. It is good to have experience but it is very possible to get the job without. They often hire teenagers.
