Very easy, I walked in filled out an application, the MOD looked over it for about two minutes came back and gave me a date to come back in for orientation(the following Monday) went over paperwork and the handbook that Monday and started training the next day

Pretty easy interview, just answer some basic questions and be honest. It is good to have experience but it is very possible to get the job without. They often hire teenagers.
