Interviewed with the District manager. You need to pass a drug and criminal check for obvious reasons since you are around kids. The training process is long and you get send to another location away from the place you applied to in order to train for a month. Have to take and pass weekly tests and basically learn how to do every job and role in the place.
Conversational, then met with team and additional managers. asked a lot of questions about experience and career goals. Asked about cooking experience as well as front of house. Afterwards interviewed on POS system

It was an interesting interview to say the least. I felt i wasn't the right fit almost immediately, however i stayed for the whole interview and decided that the pay wasn't worth the extra work

rude and overly personal. didn't seem like he cared at all. worst manager ever and worst interview ever. staff was very friendly though, I do believe he was racist on this occasion in my opinion
