Interview based on an application process, Resume and cover letter followed by an interview with three staffers and the Board Chair. The interview was okay, but I got the sense that the board chair didn't really like me very much. He was the only male other than myself and I did kind of reference Donald Trump's use of social media as foolhardy I suspect that comment hurt me.
