There are written interviews to test language proficiency, oral interviews and typing tests to screen applicants. Generally, the interviews are not hard if you have prepared well but there are mostly behavioural based questions.

Behavioral Based Interview, which are based on STAR method as long as one is well prepared. The interviewers are either 2 or 3 depending on the level or position. There is also also a typing speed test.

the typing exercise was a bit unfair, the words were too small to see and the time was too short to actually put in any value. HR conducting the interview sounded unsure of what the process should be like
