I was referred by a recruitment agency. I initially had a Microsoft teams interview with 2 friendly people who asked some general questions about me and some competency based questions. I was later told I had passed the teams interview and was invited for a face-to-face interview with 2 completely different people. The man interviewing me this time had my CV on the table along with a note saying that while I didn’t have direct experience in the role, my skills and aptitude meant I would be a good fit. The interview consisted of many of the same competency based questions I had already answered along with a test on Microsoft Excel. Before I left the interviewers told me I came across really well and that they’d be in touch by the end of the week. 3 weeks later I was told I was not successful because I didn’t have direct experience in the role (a note that they already had from the teams interview) honestly felt like my time was wasted and the whole process was very long and disorganised.

I started by completed an application on their website. Then the interview process began with a phone interview with the HR recruiter. Then I had a face to face interview with management onsite at their Lakewood New Jersey facility.
