I'm the only one passed the interview from an recruitment agent.
What make me disappointed is, they place unpaid multiple day test (short project) in the first phase, while usually multiple day tests is last, or the only test. Because when they give test like that, they also test the commitment of the candidate, in my case, I'm ditching the other 2 interviews because of this test.
Second technical interview stage, interview about the short project mentioned above, which is common to ask about our own code of the assessment.
Third technical interview stage (one week after result) is another technical interview which I'm unprepared, because in my experience, no more algorithm interview after multiple day/short project assessment. And they named it teammates interview, which usually more cultural than technical, even if it is technical, no algorithm.
Actually I can answer, but they want more efficient way.
Unpaid, messy flow, slow (1 month after application, multiple days after a stage to another stages).
My advice: if you want to place technical algorithm interview, place it in front, not after multiple days /short project assessment, because in short project assessment, you also test your commitment of your candidate, which mean they can't take another interviews.
