Four rounds of job interviews.
First round consisted of a phone screening with HR representative. Second and third rounds of two one-on-one interviews by immediate senior manager and country manager. Last round was a phone interview with regional vice president.
Overall, it was a professional process conducted by pleasant interviewers.
