I had a phone interview to start in May of 2011. Went well I thought. Many months passed, then I had a second phone interview. This one didn't go so well. It was just awkward and strange. Then a third phone interview that went decent. It took 6 months to have three phone interviews before the hiring process began. Then met face to face at a restaurant as this is a remote position.
