I was approached by a recruiter for Ciena. After exchanging basic details, Ciena shared link to a test. The test was pretty simple & I solved all three problems given. Couple of days later, the recruiter contacted me and told me I had the perfect score, the folks were really astonished! They scheduled an interview towards the end of the week! A day before that, they contacted me telling me there are some schedule conflicts and they'll have to reschedule. Then next week they told me my score wasn't high enough! Apparently, Ciena's standards are so high that an Ace score isn't high enough! The whole experience was a grand waste of time! If you're interviewing with them, do yourself a favor and tread carefully!
