This is a product-based company, so be prepared to be grilled by the interviewers.
Interview process in Ciena is very smooth and they don't dive into any topic apart from what you have mentioned in your resume. So make sure, you are prepared with the topics mentioned in your CV.
You should prepare yourself for 4-7 technical rounds and trust me it's not that scary as it sounds but the end result will be so fruitful.

Good experience. Only 2 interviews; 1 for soft skills and 1 for technical skills. I ended up getting the job. Fairly easy interview. Good place to work. Why need many word, when few word do trick?
