They wont assess the requirements and budget properly , Very Unprofessional they back out after making verbal offer over phone and all of sudden after week time they send an email saying sorry not moving forward with you, they need to work on how to ideally conduct interview and offer process has to be made. They simply waste candidates time, when I asked the HR why did they back out after making an verbal offer and even the status in workday was showing as offer in progress HR totally flipped saying "we never made you an offer, we just said we intended to move forward" When I said I have the proof saying it was showing as offer in progress he did not had any answer and was trying to wash off hands saying must be system glitch it must have automatically got updated, how can it get updated automatically without human updating the status ? They seems to be very confused with the requirements of the job and they don't shortlist the resumes at first place, after interview rejection could come in email instead there was no need to call to get the compensation details and backup at the very last stage even after application status change, Extremely poor conduct and not professional.
