I had a 30 minutes interview with the supervisor, it was a friendly environment. He explained what the company expertise and the role I would have in the team. It was mostly behavioral question and approaches I would take to a few simple coding questions.

Got an interview after like one month. Applied online, no referral. Just wanted to talk about my resume, but 2 out of 3 interviews seemed very disinterested and like they didn't want to be there. Got told I wasn't qualified for the role at the end, seemed very uncessarily cruel
