Very smooth and very nice people who try not to stress you too much. They called and an hour later I already had an answer. Usually conducted by a manager and another team member. Mostly theoretical questions.

Got an interview after like one month. Applied online, no referral. Just wanted to talk about my resume, but 2 out of 3 interviews seemed very disinterested and like they didn't want to be there. Got told I wasn't qualified for the role at the end, seemed very uncessarily cruel
