Interview process was tough and very good questions were asked about projects that I worked on in my previous companies. Salary negotiation took some time :) but after that every other process was quite fast

I applied online and also sent my resume along with a cover letter to a Ciena recruiter who had reached out to me earlier for a different team (I had declined the interview back then). The first round was a phone call with the hiring manager, second phone call with a senior member of the team and then 4 rounds on-site.
