Came into the facility and filled out a paper app, which was very easy. I was called the very next day, and set up an interview for the following day. The interview went well and the staff development manager was very nice and positive. Afterward I was taken on a tour of the building. I was offered a position on the spot. I had to have a physical exam, drug test, and background check completed before my orientation.
