This position was for an specific cliente, which was Addison Global. I've applied online in May, had a preliminar chat with a HR person, then another conversation about my personality, moving to Spain and about the company. As long the process was on cicklum's hands, it was very nice and i had quick feedbacks. But when it started to envolve Addison's member's, then it took forever. 2 weeks to send me a technical task, then 2 weeks to a conversation after with team members. Unfortunately i didn't passed, and the I've received a feedback a just a few days before, but they said that they would like to consider me if they have more positions in the future, without having me to go through all the process again. A month after, I've received a call from Cicklum telling me that Addison would like to reconsider and asking me to do another task (again). So i did and quickly had a feedback arranging an interview with the another team members. So i had to go through all over again. A month has passed since the last interview, and i still haven't received no feedback from Addison. I've asked several times to Ciklum's HR about this, but it seems Addison didn't gave any feedback about me at all. I got very upset with this process because i had to manage my anxiety with the idea of working in a apparently amazing place. It took me time to complete two tasks, and talk with several different people.
