I received a call to schedule a phone interview within days of applying. After the phone interview (which I felt went well) I was told they would be taking the weekend to decide who would move forward to a Zoom interview and would hear back Monday at the latest. I never heard anything back whatsoever and the position was reposted a month later.

I had originally applied for, and made it to a final stage interview, an alternate role. Based upon my background and experience I was turned down for that position but encouraged to apply for this role. The interview consisted of a phone interview with the direct who oversaw this position. It lasted well beyond our scheduled 30 minute call and ultimately I believed it had gone really well. Unfortunately, after a thank you letter and a few attempts to follow up I never received any communication back which I found incredibly unprofessional and in poor form.
