The interview process began with a phone interview. From there I was interviewed again on the phone by the actual department I would work in, and not just Human Resources. The last step was a group/panel interview. It was very intense with everyone taking turns asking me questions, especially behavior based questions. After the completion on the interview they offered me the job the next week and I accepted.
