The interview was very laidback! I thought all of the questions were fair (handling conflict, goals, leadership etc) and that the managers just wanted to get to know who I was as a human. They even walked me around to introduce me to other PCAs and let me talk with another PCA one on one about her experience in the job.

They asked about managing conflict (with examples), what I do outside of work, what kind of leadership style works well for me, etc.

I received an email for a phone screen. When I answered, it was an automated recording of questions and then my answers were recorded. I didn’t hear back, but that was okay!

Definitely challenging. But that’s not always a bad thing! It’s also very personable at the same time, which allows the interviewer to get to know you even if it’s just by a little bit.

Great place to work and educational opportunities available for advancement or if you’re interested in a career pathway that involves patient care. They use GUILD and actually have tuition free reimbursement programs! Pretty competitive
