Applied online and got a call to schedule an interview. Somewhat of a hassle getting ahold of someone, though that is just likely because it was a Saturday night at the theatre, but when I did I went in for an interview the same night and was hired on the spot.

Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
