After submitting an application, I received a phone call to set up an interview a couple weeks later. The actual interview was pretty straight forward. There were no tricky questions. A few questions included: Why do you want to work here? What motivates you? What is your favorite movie? etc. Most of the employees (including the managers) are either high school or college students, and the atmosphere is fairly relaxed. As long as you answered the questions with some competence and you look presentable, then you should be fine.

Pretty basic questions. What are your hours, experience, etc. They then talked about the positions.Just pretty much look clean,show up on time, and ask questions at the end to gain a spot.
