1st step: HR and manager interview with short getting to know each other Q&As. This part was smooth and friendly. 2nd step: This is where they briefly explain the case and what they expect. Then you do the case from your perspective and present it to few members of the team with a Q&A about the case. This step was a bit stressing personally but you understand what to expect from the role. 3rd step: I met with HR director, talked about salary expectations, benefits and process.
