First alarming signs were already present in the job description: company demands very high level of technical skills, but salary offerings are not that generous. But I decided to try since there are not many technically advanced companies out there, right?
Nothing special overall for 1:1 meeting: regular marketing talks. But it also raised second alarming call — I personally don't think that IT professional and modern Internet activist could call the way how company earns its money — truly honest one.
Third call was the coding challenge. They gave me deadline of couple weeks, rather than test my knowledge in the office right away. Thus, I had all the time I need to make code perfect, test performance, internet access to search for answers, and literally no stress! I completed it during weekend using two different approaches: object-oriented and functional.
And they dropped me even without reviewing second approach.
No hard feelings, even 15 years of experience could potentially lead you to failure, but interesting fact that they was not able to provide any constructive feedback on the assignment. They admitted that decision is subjective. And what any feedback will hurt their further recruitment process.
Although I would say lack of clear and open communication will definitely ruin any relationship. And better to face it early stage, than find out that you didn't pass probation period and you don't know why. Or you denied promotion "just because". And so on.
I would say it's company to avoid, if other options are available. Theoretically it could be good place to get some battle experience and move on, but I will never know for sure already.

Really smooth interview process with experienced and well-versed engineers. All the interviews were calm and encouraging; making sure that you feel comfortable during the interview. They test your knowledge deeply!
The recruiter was a lot supportive and followed-up without delays.

Not serious people out there. Initially I was being asked to do a test and coding challange based on 6-7 days. I spent entire of my weekend on that. Anyhow, recruiterin messaged and approached all the time through linkedIn without any official email. Several times, uploaded the solution of coding challange on drop box didnt enable them to download and review the code. At last when they looked on the code after passing several weeks, they rejected without taking even single interview for the coding challange I put an effort of almost 3-4 days. I was having 12 years of Software Development experience. Really bad people

Hi, I sent my CV to the company on January 15, 2024. Then, after two weeks, I received an email inviting me for the first call. It was short and not at all informative; the HR representative seemed uninterested in describing the position. A week later, she sent me an email with a technical assessment that I needed to solve in less than 72 hours. After submitting my solutions on GitHub, I have not received any response from HR for two weeks.
I do not recommend this company.
