Very lengthy interview process. I applied late July and received an offer September 28. First interview was an hour phone call. At the end of the call, i was invited to a 2nd, in-person interview to take place a couple weeks later. The 2nd/in-person interview consisted of 5, 30-minute behavioral interviews with various levels of management in the department. Every manager asked almost the same questions from the same sheet of paper. The whole thing took about 3 hours. Later that day, I was contacted to meet with the CMO and another executive for a final interview, to take place a few weeks later. The final interview consisted of a 30 minute conversation with one executive and then an hour-long conversation with the CMO, who was extremely inviting and great to chat with- this interview was less questioning and more "get-to-know-you". I was presented with an offer about 3-4 days after my final interview, which I accepted.
