I submitted my resume to a recruiter at my school's career fair and she asked me to apply for the role online. Then I got a text message invite for an interview scheduled for the next day. I was interviewed by two CINTAS staff.

a phone screen with HR followed by on-site interviews with 3 people. Each was an hour long. People were all very nice. it was standard "tell me about a time when..." type interviews
