I read many of the interview reviews before being contacted by a recruiter and saw an obvious pattern of unprofessionalism by Cintas in those reviews that made me pause. I was actually turned off by the company before the initial phone interview but wanted to experience the process for myself to see if it is really as bad as other candidates made it seem. I can now confirm, that the bad reviews are indeed true.
First, the recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview a couple of days after I applied. On the day of the phone interview, she called me 45 minutes late and asked to reschedule the interview for later that afternoon. I agreed since I have sympathy for recruiters and how hectic their days can get. The phone interview (happened on a Thursday) went well and I was told that I would be sent an application that evening (they only had my resume on file) and contacted the next day (Friday) to schedule an in person interview for the following week on either Monday or Tuesday. I never received the application and assumed that they went with another candidate. The recruiter finally contacted me on Thursday of that following week (an entire week later) with the application and asked about my availability. I gave her a couple different times on a couple of different days and hoped that she would get back to me ASAP since I was interviewing at other companies and the process had already gone on an additional week without me having an in person interview. Of course, she never got back to me that day or the next and waited until late Monday afternoon to let me know that an interview was scheduled for Tuesday and that it was an hour drive away from my home. At this point, I was annoyed at the unprofessionalism of the recruiter and the fact that she had zero respect for my time. The fact that the pay for the job was so absurdly low also didn't help. Since she had no respect for my time, I decided to not have respect for hers. I had already accepted a job offer from another company but waited until the day of the in person interview to let her know that I would not be going. She never responded (guess she doesn't like it when you give her a taste of her own medicine) but I'm sure she got the message.
If you are an experienced sales person, this is definitely not the company for you from what I can tell. The pay is embarrassing ($36k/year) and the unprofessionalism of the hiring team is unbearable.

A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.

Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.

Just overall job and about Cintas. What services they provide and what are the next steps in the process. Asked about locations I would like to work at. Lastly, talked about how to promote within the company.
