Had an initial phone screening with the regional sales manager, was just asked some general questions about my experience and background. Then had another phone interview with a recruiter who forwarded me to the next step in the process which was an in-person interview with the sales manager and the locations general manager. Went in about a week later for a field ride day where you learn the in’s and out’s of what a day at Cintas will consist of, be prepared to memorize a script and potentially make phone calls. The following week I had an interview with the regional VP of sales, which consisted of general background questions. The final step was another in person interview with the sales manager and regional sales manager. Didn’t hear anything back after my final interview despite follow up. Overall great but very lengthy process, be prepared to wait it out and really do your research.
Long process, but very thorough. Got to meet many people inside of the company. They were very transparent in all my questions, and got me excited about the opportunities ahead.

I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
