Applied online and got a followup phone call that lasted about 10-15 minutes with the basic intro interview questions. I was passed on to the next round which was more situational and in depth (tell me about a time when X happened and how you dealt with it etc etc). Thought I nailed it and was told they would be in touch. It's been several weeks and nothing. It takes less than a minute to call someone and tell them they aren't moving on to the next step and it's not going to hurt my feelings. I'm tired of companies not having the common decency to let people know what's going on and it's sad that "ghosting" has become so common in the business world.

Tell us about a time that you showed initiative at your last job.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.

Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
