HR called me and offered me a third shift position; I responded if they had even read my resume, she said she in fact hadn’t yet. I advised her to do so after a week I received a second call setting up an interview for the first shift supervisor position. This was followed by 6 more interviews spaced by 1 1/2 weeks. I met with far more people then is required for my job.

Interviewed over the phone and asked general questions. Went in for first step in interview process and had to take 2 hour "Maintennce Supervisor Test". This test was the Ramsey type. It asked 100 questions about maintenance stuff. Some of the test was based on obscure maintenance practices and had nothing to do with the job. But any way I failed it, I am sure by not much but No one would tell me my score. The next steps would have been plant manager interview and general manager interview. Manager trainee was very nice though.

Initial interview was by phone with hr followed by an interview with plant manager. Then there is a testing process followed by two more interviews with plant engineer and regional engineer. Honestly one of the most lengthy interview processes I've ever been through to not even get a job offer.
