I was contacted by a recruiter within the company for a sales position. The day of the interview I received an email that they learned the position wants no more than 4 years sales experience since this was a junior sales position. Junior sales was not stated in the position. They cancelled the interview to not waste my time. I’m in my early 50’s so it’s pretty obvious why the interview was cancelled. It’s the companies loss and I wouldn’t want to be apart of this type of company. Thank you for cancelling!

I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
