If your a Veteran, then it's set-up just like the promotion boards, enough said. The rest, it's a panel made up of 7 different Management positions, including the General Manager. After the 3 month training, you have to pass this interview for a route before your actually "hired" as a SSR.

Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.

Phone interview with HR first. Then video interview. Still in process so not done yet but Glassdoor is making me do this so I can do research and read others posts

STAR questions. Situational questions. Asked about past jobs.
Process from referral to interview was quick. Interviewer was nice and professional. Asked general interview questions, why are you leaving your current job, what do you like most and least about your current job, etc.
