Had three rounds, first was a phone interview with a woman who seemed responsive and easy going. Next I interviewed on site. The man was very straightforward and atypical in the sense that he wanted real answers and not something made up and fake. He wanted to know a negative trait of mine without spinning it into a positive. He said if I don't have an answer to not make one up if it doesn't apply. It was unorthodox but a little refreshing I guess. Next interview was another service manager. They seemed to like me and they had me meet with one last man who I think was the GM. So they had three interviews and the fourth they rushed me into so I didn't have to come back for the fourth interview.

Very easy process through video call. Interview lasted 30 minutes snd was sble to access the lik through my phone. Definiateky recinnend companies to use a similar method wheb interviewing especially with covid
