First it was a phone interview, then an interview person interview, then another interview person interview. I never heard back after that and my follow up email wasn’t answered. It would have been nice to get a thanks but no thanks or anything from them.

Series of interviews with human resources, other customer service managers, a ride along with a sales service representative and eventually the general manager. Good people and good culture that were very pleasant to interview with. Standard questions with no big surprises.
