The whole process took about 4 months. I had to follow-up with them at almost every step. The whole process was completely unorganized. They were constantly giving good feedback. Then, after all of these months, about 4-5 different phone-calls, and my in person interview and presentation, they didn't offer me the job. But frankly, the 3 weeks it took them from the presentation to the decision was already an indicator that I didn't want to work for a company that took didn't take their potential hires' time and effort into consideration.
