The first step was a phone call one week after I applied for the job. It was a typical screening, questions about previous experience, motivation etc. The recruiter was rude and came unprepared. I got an impression that the whole meeting was improvised and that I was interviewing by someone who was doing that for the first time in her life.

Short strict call. First of all the impolite recruiter in Berlin postponed the call for no reason 1 day before the call. During the call he acted like a machine without empathy and understanding of how interviewing works. The emails are impolite as well. Would not recommend to apply in Berlin.
